Sales & Marketing Manager

1 Vacancy
As a Sales and Marketing Manager, he/she will be responsible for designing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. He/she will also be responsible for conducting thorough marketing research on competitors’ products and services.
  • Preparing marketing and sales strategies. 
  • Conducting extensive research on competitors’ products and services. 
  • Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns. 
  • Preparing budget and time constraints. 
  • Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients. 
  • Answering client’s questions in a professional manner. 
  • Participating in exhibitions organized by the company. 
  • Creating awareness of the products and services offered by the company. 
  • Ensuring the company meets the sales targets. 
  • Handling complaints of the clients. 
  • Negotiating the deals with the clients. 
  • Taking feedbacks from the clients. 
  • Creating marketing campaigns on social media platforms. 
  • Writing monthly reports on the performance of the campaigns.
  • Handling the end-to-end process of the influencer marketing, starts from conduct research, identify, approaching suitable KOL/ Influencer, creating & present the brief, and reviewing their performance.
  • Any other duties assigned by your Superiors/HOD.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or a related field. 
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
  • Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or a similar position in the Sales Department. 
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of various marketing tactics. 
  • A result-driven and organized individual. 
  • Good oral and written communication 
  • Ability to work under pressure. 
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. 
  • Creative and strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset.

Sales Executive

3 Vacancies
  • Provide technical support to clients
  • Ensure sales and collection target are achieved
  • Follow-up and meet up with clients to strengthen rapport
  • Study on market analysis and generate sales reports
  • Work with the team to develop products, market strategy and company business plans 
  • Coordinates with various departments for pricing, clients’ purchase order, quotation and etc.
  • Candidate with at least Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science / Food Technology / Culinary Arts, Business Administration Science and Marketing.
  • Working experience in Sales or Product Development Specialist preferably in food industry is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia. 
  • Require minimum supervision and able to work as a team.
  • Possess positive attitude, teamwork, aggressive, resourceful and result-oriented.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia.  Knowledge or ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage. (Dealing with mandarin speaking client).

Retail Merchandiser (FMCG)

1 Vacancy
  • Analyzing sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs
  • Maximizing customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately
  • Understanding customer behaviour, monitoring stock movements, managing inventory levels, ensuring product displays are appealing to customers
  • Reviewing priorities with supervisor and discussing special instructions, product promotions, new products, and price changes in market.
  • To perform other ad-hoc duties & responsibilities that may be needed or assigned by superior from time to time.
  • High school / SPM and above
  • At least 1 years of experience working in retail or merchandising, preferably within the FMCG
  • Independent and self-driven
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Customer focused, strong oral communications with demonstrated ability to influence customer.
  • Posses own transport and may be required to travel to client locations (valid driver’s license will be required)
